Aviation Fuel Farm Complex

The Aviation Fuel Farm Complex at Bahrain International Airport plays an important role in supporting operational efficiency and the secure supply of aviation fuel. Spanning over 77,000 square metres, the facility houses aviation fuel tanks with a total capacity of 30,000 cubic metres.

Equipped with advanced safety and security features, as well as the latest aviation product handling technologies, the Fuel Farm Complex supports the smooth, safe, and reliable supply of fuel to meet the operational needs of airlines and airport partners.

Express Cargo Village

The Express Cargo Village at Bahrain International Airport enhances the airport’s cargo handling capabilities and supports the growing demand for e-commerce, express cargo, logistics, and freight services in the region.

Phase 1 of the Express Cargo Village is fully occupied by leading global express operators, including FedEx. The ongoing Phase 2 expansion will provide separate and dedicated facilities for each express carrier, creating an advanced logistics platform that supports Bahrain International Airport’s long-term cargo capacity target of 1.3 million tonnes annually.

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Zone

The Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Zone at Bahrain International Airport supports the aviation sector by providing dedicated infrastructure for aircraft maintenance and technical services. This specialised zone contributes to the airport’s wider operational ecosystem and enhances its capability to serve airlines, aviation operators, and industry partners.

Awal Private Terminal

Awal Private Terminal offers premium Fixed-Base Operator services at Bahrain International Airport, providing a private and seamless travel experience for business aviation, VIP passengers, and private aircraft operators.
