Check the BIA website for specific visa requirements before you travel. After immigration, proceed to baggage claim. Before passing through customs, take the opportunity to explore the Arrivals Duty Free outlet for last minute shopping.
Proceed through customs using the Green Channel if you have nothing to declare or the Red Channel if you have goods to declare. Once you have cleared customs, a variety of transportation options are available:
Taxis: Find readily available Bahraini taxis in Car Park B and app-based taxis conveniently located outside Gate 1.
Car Rentals: Choose from several car rental services located in the arrival’s hall.
Public Transportation: Benefit from 24/7 public bus connections providing convenient and affordable access to various destinations across Bahrain.

Bahrain International Airport provides comprehensive assistance for travelers with disabilities. We recommend contacting your airline or BIA directly in advance to request any special assistance you may require.
You can purchase a local SIM card from any of the telecommunication stores, which are located in the Arrivals Area after passing through customs.
Exchange currency outlets and ATMs are conveniently located in the Arrivals Area.
Cafés, restaurants, and shops offering quick snacks and hot/cold beverages are spread throughout the Arrivals Area. There are also more options in the Departures Area on the level above you.
