BAC has officially received three recognitions at the Airport Experience Summit 2025

Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) has officially received three recognitions at the Airport Experience Summit 2025 in Guangzhou (8–11 September): the ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation (Level 5)—the programme’s highest tier and a first in the Middle East for BIA—the ACI Accessibility Enhancement Accreditation (Level 2), and the ASQ Award for Best Airport at Arrivals Globally. The certificates were presented during the ASQ Forum held as part of the Summit, underscoring BIA’s leadership in customer experience, accessibility, and service excellence.
