BAC Hosts the 24th ACI Economics Committee Meeting
Bahrain Airport Company hosted the 24th ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East Economics Committee Meeting in Bahrain, bringing together industry leaders for a day of insights, collaboration, and forward-looking discussions on the evolving landscape of airport economics.
The meeting reviewed H2 2025 projects and airport updates, alongside priorities and upcoming initiatives for 2026. Delegates also toured Awal Private Terminal and Bahrain International Airport, gaining firsthand exposure to Bahrain’s facilities and development journey and exploring opportunities to strengthen regional connectivity, sustainable growth, and value creation across the aviation ecosystem.
The ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East Regional Economics Committee supports members on airport economics and provides a forum to share best practices and address key topics including airport charges, ownership models, financing, and performance management.
