BAC meets with Special Service Unit staff
Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) CEO, Mohamed Yousif Al Binfalah met with staff from the Special Service Unit (SSU) in appreciation of their hard work and dedication over the years in serving Bahrain International Airport’s VIP guests. The unit’s duties at Bahrain International Airport (BIA) have recently been transferred to Hala Bahrain Hospitality. BAC HR executives also attended the meeting.
Mr. Al Binfalah said: “The Special Service Unit had long served as a key function of the airport, providing VIP travelers with premium services and unforgettable travel experiences. The transfer of the unit’s operations to Hala Bahrain is in line with BAC’s strategy to elevate hospitality services at BIA and consolidate them under one service provider. VIP passengers can expect the same high caliber of service at the new private aviation terminal. I am very grateful for the SSU support, hard work, and dedication over the years and look forward to witnessing their continued valuable contributions.”
Established in 2008, the SSU was launched in the same year as BAC, offering meet and assist services to passengers at BIA’s VIP lounge.
