Gulf Air Group Honours Distinguished Staff Members on International Labour Day
Gulf Air Group (GFG)recently commemorated International Labour Day, as it proudly honoured upon 38 of its distinguished staff members during various International Labour Day celebrations. The highlight of these festivities was the "Tenth Annual Ceremony" organized by Bahrain Free Labour Unions Federation, under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The National Labor Union of Gulf Air and Free Labor Union of Bahrain Airport Company played an active role in this ceremony, paying tribute to the highly qualified personnel and exceptional talents of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The celebrations also included the recognition of a distinguished group of GFG personnel during a special event organized by the Gulf Air Trade Union, Gulf Air Pilots Trade Union,
and Flight Attendant General Trade Union. These events served as a token of gratitude for the efforts and exceptional contributions of these personnel to the success of the company.
GFG's International Labour Day celebration was a momentous event attended by members of the executive management. During which, distinguished staff from the group and its portfolios were recognized for their invaluable contributions. This initiative exemplifies the group's commitment to supporting its employees and promoting their rights, aligning with its strategic objectives of investing in promising talents.
During the celebration, GFG took the opportunity to express its gratitude and appreciation to the trade unions operating under its umbrella: Gulf Air Pilots Trade Union, Gulf Air Trade Union, The National Labor Union of Gulf Air, Flight Attendants General Trade Union, and the Free Labor Union of Bahrain Airport Company. These unions have played a pivotal role in fostering a harmonious and empowering work environment within the group.
