Starting from the 25th of June, Bahrain's Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA), in coordination with the National Taskforce for Combatting the Coronavirus, has announced that entry of travelers coming from the countries listed on the red list (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Vietnam) will continue to be suspended on all flights, including passengers coming from those countries who will enter the kingdom temporarily, with the exception of citizens and holders of valid residence visas in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Regulations

The baggage acceptance rules at Bahrain International Airport make the check-in and check-out procedures faster and more efficient for passengers.

Bags must have at least one flat surface. Irregularly shaped baggage tied with rope, round or irregularly shaped baggage, and baggage with long or loose straps that may affect the movement of the baggage handling system will not be accepted.

Regular out-of-gauge and odd-shaped items such as baby strollers, bicycles, wheelchairs, and golf bags will be scanned through the out-of-gauge screenings.
